My Journey
I didn’t come into this work through linear success. I came through the fire of burnout, misalignment, and the deep realization that no level of outward growth could replace inner congruence.
I’ve walked the path of healer, teacher, strategist, and guide.
I’ve rebuilt my business and identity more than once. And each time, I’ve returned more me.
I created the PHNX Framework to help you do the same without burning it all down.
Beyond the Bio
I’m a homeschooling mama of two - a bright, active son who's a competitive soccer player and a fiercely curious daughter who is starting to discover her own interests and activities.
For me, entrepreneurship became the vehicle to stay home with my kids and create the educational and bonding experiences I didn’t get to have because both my parents were immigrants who often worked multiple jobs just to make ends meet.
At my core, I’m a spiritual practitioner who believes in sacred ritual, and energetic attunement as portals to our truest frequency.
I merged my 16 years of building businesses around my passions, like spirituality + trauma healing with my love of entrepreneurship to help soul-led founders create everyday magic in their brand and self-development.
When I’m not guiding powerful recalibrations, you’ll likely find me curled up on the couch with a cup of coffee and my favorite book under lamplight, tending to my plant babies in my office, painting with my kids, or soaking in connection with high-quality friends who illuminate my path.
I live for the pause between breaths. For the clarity that arrives in silence. For the magic that’s always been there, just waiting to be felt.
