I have had 2 EFT sessions with Shakti and I feel like more progress was made than 6 months of traditional therapy. After our 1st session I quickly learned just how much my dissociative tendencies were affecting my everyday life.
Shakti gave me a tapping technique to use in moments when I could feel emotions coming up that would normally trigger an outburst or emotional dissociation. This allowed me to be much more calm and present and actually talk through things with my partner instead of spiraling into an argument or anxiety attack. Again, I didn't realize how much of my energy was going towards just surviving until I could see how frequently I needed to use that technique. If all my energy is being used to "put out fires" in my emotional life, and on top of that I have a trauma response of self isolating when I'm going through things, it's no wonder I couldn't show up CONSISTENTLY in my business!

Hey love! I’m Shakti Rios, and I’m thrilled to share my journey with you.
For over a decade, I dedicated myself to the world of Massage Therapy and for five of those ten, online fitness coaching. I genuinely loved my clients and took great pride in my work. I was recognized for my skills, and I knew how to create a steady income. But deep down, I felt a persistent tug that something wasn’t quite right.
By year five, I sensed that a change was necessary, but I found myself trapped in my identity as a therapist. It was a role I cherished, yet it was also one that started to feel more like a comfortable cage than a fulfilling calling.
As time went on, I became increasingly restless and disillusioned. No matter how many clients I served or how much money I earned, it never felt like enough. I was exhausted and dreading each workday, which ultimately led to a serious health scare.
That wake-up call pushed me to confront the truth I had been ignoring: I needed to forge a new path.
I had been studying Human Design and Energy Psychology for years, and I finally decided to apply what I knew to my career and my own healing. It was a turning point for me.
